Standard — for growing small businesses with payroll. Everything in Basic, plus payroll integration, quarterly review, and sales tax filing.

Premium — for businesses with 5+ employees or owners actively tax-planning. Everything in Standard, plus monthly tax planning, advanced reporting, and CFO-style consults.

Catch-up & Cleanup — flat-fee project work to get past years caught up before we move you to a monthly plan.

A: No. We work in whatever you’re currently using — QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, even spreadsheets if that’s where you live.

Q: What if my books are a mess?
A: That’s the most common starting point. We’ll quote you a one-time cleanup fee separately from your monthly bookkeeping plan, so you know exactly what each part costs.

Q: Can you handle my tax filing too?
A: Yes. About 80% of our bookkeeping clients also file their taxes through us. It’s much smoother — your books and your tax return talk to each other directly.

Q: How do I send you my receipts and statements?
A: Through our secure client portal. You can also email or text — whatever’s easiest for you.

Q: Do you serve businesses outside Westchester, Bronx, and Rockland?
A: Yes. Most of our work is local but we have clients across the NY metro and a few out of state. Bookkeeping is mostly done remotely, which means location is rarely a barrier.
