Before you join
Do I need to know accounting?
No. You log what came in and what went out, or snap a photo of the receipt, and BIB Pro files it in the right category. The setup call gets you started and the startup guide explains the rest in plain English.
Does BIB Pro connect to my bank?
Not yet. You add entries by scanning receipts or typing them, which takes a few seconds each. Many owners like it this way: every entry is one they have looked at.
Does BIB Pro tell me how much to save for taxes?
Yes. Answer four quick questions and the Taxes page keeps a running set-aside number from your books, including New York State and City taxes, plus what to pay each quarter and when. Business miles you log lower it. It is a planning estimate, and your quarterly check-in is where we fine-tune it with you.
I already have an accountant. Is BIB Pro still useful?
Yes. Download your year-end Excel report and hand it to any accountant or CPA. It lists every entry, category totals and which entries have a receipt on file.
Is my information safe?
Your books and receipt photos live behind your own login. Receipt photos are stored privately with each entry, and only you can open them from your portal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan is cancel anytime: email info@londonstaxservices.com and we take care of it the same day.
