Who we are

London's Tax Services, LLC ("we", "us") provides tax preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping and related services. Our mailing address is 75 South Broadway, 4th Floor, White Plains, NY 10601. You can reach us at (646) 917-7714 or info@londonstaxservices.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and any message, through our contact form, chat, booking calendar or newsletter sign-up.
  • Booking answers: the questions in our booking form, such as the type of appointment and a few questions about your situation.
  • Client information: when you become a client, the documents and financial information needed to prepare returns, plan, or keep your books.
  • Bookkeeper In A Box Pro accounts: your login details and the bookkeeping data you enter in the member portal.
  • Website usage: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at the site, collected with cookies and similar technology.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, schedule and hold appointments, and provide the services you ask for.
  • To send appointment confirmations and reminders, and, if you agree, occasional news and tax tips by email or text.
  • To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited our website.
  • To meet our legal and professional obligations.

Tax information stays confidential

We do not sell your information. We do not use or disclose information from your tax returns except to prepare and file them, as permitted by law (including Section 7216 of the Internal Revenue Code), or with your written consent.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure which ads lead to bookings and to show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). These services use cookies and may collect your IP address and device information. Our website platform may also record interaction data, such as clicks and scrolling, to help us fix problems.

You can turn off personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is never a condition of booking or buying a service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run our systems for us, under confidentiality obligations: our client relationship and scheduling platform (Tax Nitro), our website and member portal host, email and text messaging providers, payment processors, and Google for analytics and advertising.
  • Tax authorities, when we file returns or respond to notices on your instructions.
  • Anyone else only when the law requires it, or with your permission.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep client records for as long as tax and professional rules require, and contact details for as long as we have a reason to stay in touch. We use secure, access-controlled systems and share documents through a secure client portal rather than ordinary email where possible. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been misused.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any message, or from texts by replying STOP.
  • Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@londonstaxservices.com. Some records must be kept by law.
  • Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children online.
